LEADERSHIP

Al Ites

Al got his first taste of the limestone industry in 1979 when he got a job with Weaver Construction in Alden, Iowa, now Martin Marietta. The rest is history. He, his wife, Sue, and their two daughters, Amy and Marissa, moved to Ankeny, Iowa, in 1985, when Al was offered a job with Central Service & Supply. In 1997 he became vice president of CS&S.  In 2018, Al became President and Chief Executive Officer. When Al is not working, he loves to spend his free time golfing, fishing, and hunting. He also enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends.

Adam Nolan

Adam joined Central Service in 2014 after spending 7 years in management at large transportation company.  Adam grew up in Eastern Iowa attending North Scott High School.  After graduation he attended the University of Iowa majoring in Finance and Marketing and received his diploma in 2006.  He took over for Paul Workman covering the eastern part of Iowa and surrounding territories.  Adam calls on Western Iowa and Eastern Nebraska, Adam also oversees all sales (exluding dewartering), vendor relationships, and office operations for CSS.  He has been a shareholder since 2018 and is Vice President and Chief Business Officer. 

When Adam is not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife Tiffany and twin daughters Ella and Emma.  He also enjoys golfing, traveling. and being with friends and family.

Jason Fox

Jason has been with Central Service and Supply since Nov. 2011. A native of Marshall, MN,  he has a B.S from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a M.S. from Indiana University, Bloomington. He previously worked in the sports medicine field. Jason has been a shareholder since 2018.  He is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.  Jason covers our pump sales and rentals in western Iowa in addition to the oversees all shipping and receiving operations, all dewatering department sales, and the service department.

He lives with his wife, Lisa and daughters Ryley and Kennedy in Johnston, IA. He also spends his free time golfing, fishing, and traveling.

DES MOINES OFFICE

Rich Isaac

Rich has been with Central Service since 1993, and has an extensive sales background specializing in mechanical engineering. Rich handles our customer's phone calls, purchasing and oversees the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. He wants our customers to know that Service is our Priority.

Rich and his wife Linda live in Ankeny.  Their daughters Michelle and Katie are college graduates and employed in the dental industry. When not working, Rich enjoys golf and waterfowl hunting. He also likes to ride his Harley!

Derick Wilson

Derick Wilson Joined CSS in 2019 as a member of our warehouse team. Derick helped improve operations and developed a great understanding of the product lines which we offer.  In 2021, Derick was promoted to his current role as a member of the inside sales team. In addition to facilitating customer order, Derick is also the lead for the All Material Handling (AMH) product line. Derick enjoys hunting, camping, and spending time with his family.

Craig Harman

Craig has over 20 years of experience in application and sales, including working at both Nordberg (Metso Minerals) and Cedarapids (Terex). He is a graduate of Iowa State University and is an avid hunter. Craig enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons. Mark Bothwell

Mark joined Central Service & Supply in 2005. He has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University and his prior experience includes positions as design engineer for crushers, portables, and screens, application engineer for screen and crushing systems, and chief engineer and marketing manager for screens. His work experience with Pioneer, Boliden Allis, Allis Mineral Systems, Svedala, Metso and Masaba ensures that you will get the product that is right for you. Mark grew up on a farm near Brookings, South Dakota and enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristy. His hobbies include motorcycling, hunting and classic cars. Jason Noel

Jason joined Central Service and Supply in 2004 as a Pump Specialist. He has an Associates degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Administration from the American Institute of Business, and has worked in Industrial distribution and sales since 1996. Jason has completed training with Godwin Pumps. Nathan Clock

Nathan stared working at Central Service and Supply in January of 2019. He covers aggregate sales in Eastern Iowa and surrounding areas. He's been around the aggregate and construction industry his whole life. Prior to working at CSS he worked in industrial and quarry sales in Kansas City and neighboring areas. Prior to that he was with Manatts Ready Mix operation in the Des Moines Metro for 8 years. Nathan grew up in Central Iowa and now live with his wife, son, and daughter in Ankeny. When he's not working he enjoys spending time with my family, boating, golf, powerlifting, attending and watching sporting events.

MACON OFFICE

Jack Adam Jr

Jack has worked for Central Service & Supply since July 2018.  He is an outside sales rep specializing in aggregate spare and wear products.  Jack's territory consists of Western MO, Eastern KS, and Souteastern NE.  Prior to working at CSS Jack was a material handling manufacture representative.  Jack resides in the greater Kansas City area.  When he's not working he enjoys spending time with his fiance Rachel, daugter Alexys, son Gherritt, and grandson Sawyer.  Jack also enjoys golfing, fishing, running, and riding his motorcyle.  

SERVICE

Chad Spangler

Chad joined Central Service & Supply in 2004, and has been a valuable asset providing service for our customer's equipment. He attended Southeast Community College in Milford NE studying Over-the-road Trucks and Heavy Equipment and has also been to several certification schools including Euclid Haul Trucks, R-35 to R-60 Ridge Frames, Cedarapids Paving School, Cedarapids Crushing and Screening, Cummins Insite and QSK 19 & 30 Liter Engines and Kawasaki Wheel loader training. He is certified by Reedrill, and Metso, attending seminars and training sessions at least twice a year including the Metso HP Cones and Mobile Crushing and Screening training.

Chad lives in Weeping Water, NE and services mainly the western half of Iowa, but will travel to where he is needed. Contact Chad: (515) 681-1730.

Les Kamp

Les graduated from North Fayette High School in West Union, IA and attended Northeast Iowa Community College graduating with a degree in Auto Mechanics. Les was on the honor roll and received special recognition for perfect attendance, which has carried over to his work ethics. He joined James W. Bell as a trainee Construction Mechanic and spent 25 years there before joining Central Service & Supply in 2002. Training schools that Les has completed include Cedarapids asphalt, paver, screen, crusher, cone, and Eljay seminars. He has also been trained on Kawasaki end loaders, Hyundai excavators, Eagle Jaws, Entyre Blacktoppers and JR Rock drills and air compressors, Detroit Diesel engines, Allison Transmissions and Cummins engines. Most recently have been classes at Reedrill, Metso and Godwin.

Les enjoys deer hunting, tractor pulls and stock car racing and is a member at Antique Acres. He shares his interest in working on old muscle cars, tractors and collecting farm and construction toys with his son.

James Foley

James joined Central Service in early 2017 as part of the warehouse team.  James showed a tremendous aptitude for mechanics and a strong work ethic.  Within a year James was tapped to start a newly created position of Pump Service Technician.  James has attended Godwin Pump School, Furakawa Drill School, in addition to training with Les and Chad.  When James is not work he riding his motorcyle, tinkering with equipment as his home, or spending time with his family.  James resides in Des Moines with his wife, stepdaughter, and son.
