Conveyor Accessories

All buckets of solid plate fasteners have pre-assembled bolts and bottom plates that utilize our patented system, which includes the use of a special thin metal washer to clinch the bolt to the bottom plate during installation of the belt fasteners. This has proven to be superior to the use of plastic or nylon washers, which can slide along the bolt threads.

Etheridge Automation

The aggregate industry is driven by efficient production, and the measurement of tonnage produced is one of the most important tools to monitor and improve operations. The most used tool to measure production today, the load cell based belt scale, is an extremely flawed design that has numerous maintenance costs and inherent inaccuracies. Etheridge Automation has rendered this design obsolete.
